The museum works in partnership with various stakeholders and partners and believes that the role of the community – especially the art community – is crucial. In connection to this, the museum, as a non-profit institution, has developed its financial capacity by finding various financial resources to cover the expenses of its operational costs.

One of these strategies is developed through membership: The Society of Friends of Yimtubezina Museum, which is designed for individuals, institutions, and development organizations to take part and contribute.

Any institution which becomes a member of the Society of Friends of Yimetubezina Museum is supporting the activities of the museum that strives for the development of Ethiopian culture, heritage and arts. It also has a great opportunity to show its social and corporate contributions to the public which allows its patriotism to be seen.
